·      Business Requirements. We will work with users to document and develop a business requirements document that can be used as a blue-print for your organisation to address its business and operational issues.  This will allow an objective method of determining why a new system is required and what functionality it must provide.

·      System Installation and Configuration. We can manage the physical installation and provide the expertise to ensure that all components are set up to operate at its optimum performance.  We provide services related to computer systems administration, and our expertise includes, SUN UNIX, Solaris, Windows95/98, WinNT, Linux and Apache Web Server environments. 

·      User and Administrator Training.  One of the most important areas in implementing a new system is related to the training of users.  All successful systems implementation incorporates a well thought out user training program.  As part of implementing an imaging solution, we will work with users in developing a customised training program.  This training can then be provided by C Digital or implemented through a "train-the-trainer" concept.

·      Backlog Document Conversion.  Most in-house imaging systems do not have the equipment capacity to handle bulk conversion of paper documents to electronic format.  We offer services ranging from providing temporary in-house high-speed scanners to a complete off-site document conversion service.

·      We will provide the management expertise to coordinate the overall implementation of a project.  With our vast industry experience and alliances, we have access to a wide variety of skills and expertise to ensure that a project is completed on time and on budget.
